*All remakes must be accompanied by the original processed crown/bridge

*No consideration of any guarantee if original proceed work is not accompanied

with new request for remake. We do not provide grarantee if the original order is changed.

*Fax or email a full list of all work together with full instrustions to us at the time

of dispatch of your parcel. Include patient name, work required, position of tooth/teeth,

colour(Vita shade guide),any special requirements. Work can be sent to our lab by post,

courier,etc.

*All models or impressions must be well wrapped to prevent damage.

Each job should have date required for finish. Special care will be given for urgent cases.

You may choose to settle monthly statement within 2 -3 weeks by Bank Draft in US Dollars

*We will inform you by fax or email one day before the due date.
